Booking Conditions |
| Packages | Packages are only available if you book and fully pay prior to arrival |

| Deposits | A non-refundable deposit of $100 per itinerary is required at the time of confirmation of booking. Any booking not deposited with us within 72 hours will automatically cancel without notification to you. |
| Full Payment | Full payment is due 21 days prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received . A 2 percent administration fee may be incurred when payment is made using American Express Credit Cards (AMEX) - A Consultant will confirm prior to booking. |
| Bookings inside 21 days | Full Payment is due immediately upon booking or the booking will automatically cancel without notification to you . |
| Minimum Booking | A administration charge of A$ 50 may not apply to bookings under A$ 250. A Consultant will confirm prior to booking. |
| Amendment Fees | If you change your itinerary after full payment and final documents are issued, an administration fee of $50.00 per booking will be charged. This is in addition to any cancellation fees applied by the operators. (if applicable) |
| Late Booking Fees | A late booking fee of $50.00 can be charged if booking is made within 72 hours prior to departure. This depends on the amount of administration work involved, and if applicable, you will be notified at time of reservation request from you . |
| Changes | Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. |
Cancellations Policy |
| All cancellations must be in writing and can either be per E-mail (castaways@castawaysbackpackers.com.au), facsimile (+61 7 4052 1211) . No cancellation application will be accepted unless received in writing and received by us directly from you . Cancellation fees may be incurred |
| Prior to Final Payment | Your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee plus any cancellation fees charged by the operator. |
| 7+ days prior. | Your payment will be refunded less a $100 processing fee plus any cancellation fees charged by the operator. |
| 7- days prior. | Your payment will be refunded less 15% of cost plus any cancellation fees charged by the operator. |
| Refunds | No refunds will be made for availed services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any refund claim will be subject to a minimum of $50.00 per booking processing fee. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to us. Claims must be made within 7days of completion of each operators product. |
